She is a motivational humor consultant, speaker, comedy writer and trainer who imparts wisdom with a twist of real-life comedy.

Carol Ann Small received her BSSP in Speech Communications and Performing Arts from Emerson College in Boston. Carol Ann is a certified Carlson Learning/Inscape Publishing trainer and a facilitator for Care New England Wellness Programs. She is a member of the National Speakers Association, Secretary Emeritus of the New England Speakers Association, and Editor of "Small Talk" humor newsletter. Carol Ann was also featured in HEALTH Magazine, Employment Times and Strathmore's Who's Who.

Ever since Carol Ann's television debut on "Bozo" at the age of five, she has been entertaining and educating audiences on screen and off. Today, you may even see or hear a voiceover of Carol Ann on television commercials during your favorite program. She's come a long way since Bozo.
