About Mark Sanborn
Mark Sanborn, CSP, CPAE is known internationally as 'the high-content speaker who motivates' and is a recognized expert in the areas of leadership, managing change, teamwork, customer service and motivation. He works with business organizations that want to reach the next level of success and individuals who want to perform at their best.

Mark delivers an average of 100 speeches annually and offers learning resources for organizations and individuals including books, audios and videos. Mark has spoken in 50 states, Canada, Europe, Asia and Australia to Fortune 500 companies, small to mid-sized companies, conventions, associations, non-profit organizations, churches, universities and schools. Mark presents riveting programs on leadership, teambuilding, customer service and mastering change. Mark is the author or coauthor of nine books, including Teambuilt: Making Teamwork Work, Sanborn On Success, Best Practices In Customer Service, and Meditations for the Road Warrior. He has created and appeared in 20 videos and numerous audio training programs. His video, "Teambuilding: How to Manage and Motivate People" was the #2 best-selling business video in America.

In 1993 he was selected by ECI/Westcott Communications as one of 11 Masters On Motivation for their business television series. Presentations magazine featured him in the article, "Masters of the Microphone." In 1995, Mark earned the CSP designation (certified speaking professional) and was honored with the CPAE award (council of peers award of excellence) from the National Speakers Association. He is one of the youngest speakers ever inducted into the Speaker Hall of Fame and is a member of the exclusive Speakers Roundtable, a group of 20 of the top speakers in the world.
