Brian Holloway

"The difference between being 'challenged' and 'overwhelmed'
is the conversation you have with yourself."

About Brian Holloway
No one could have seen it coming.

Brian Holloway's early childhood was extremely difficult as he was hyperactive, hard to control and unable to concentrate for any length of time. Teachers labeled him "a troubled youth" and was placed in special education classes for slow learners. He was uncoordinated, unathletic, overweight and in poor physical condition. In competition, Holloway typically placed last and was viewed least likely to succeed. One day Holloway had decided that he had had enough. He knew he had to find the solutions to his problems from deep within himself. In those days they did not have the answers or the names for learning disabilities like dyslexia, attention deficit disorder, speech impediment, hyperactivity, all of which Holloway overcame.

It was so illogical and beyond reason.

He grabbed on to a vision, a really big dream. He was going to design a strategy to climb that mountain of success. He was going to put everything on the line. He would wait for nothing! He then declared to the cynical crowd that "...they will see me waving from the top or lying dead at the bottom". He was not coming back!

They said it could never be done.

Holloway's accomplishments are a testament to others of sheer will and the desire to face adversity with courage and a plan—a design to win. His achievements include membership in the National Honor Society, being a Stanford graduate and first-round draft pick for the New England Patriots, a four-time NFL All Pro, Vice President of NFL Players Association, a Hall of Fame candidate, and a community leader and volunteer. He has been featured on Good Morning America, The Today Show, ABC Sports and countless other mediums.

The rest is history.

Holloway has returned from his journey of triumph over adversity to share the secrets of his success. The stories are real. His instructions are direct, not opinions, they are solutions. He enthusiastically teaches people how to unleash their full power, seize the opportunity and accelerate beyond their fears.

Holloway was not the big name star quarterback or the coach from the sideline. Brian mastered success on the front line, in the toughest working conditions with little recognition, never allowed a margin of error. He represents front line labor. That is why he is able to successfully reach organizational and corporate front lines when most management strategies fall short.
