An Omaha native and a graduate of the University of Nebraska, Beverly's background includes graduate work in Business Administration and Management. She is Past President of the Association for Quality and Participation, and a board member of the National Speakers Association. Locally, Beverly is active in the Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce and several other organizations.

Sessions are beneficial because they take a unique approach to training. Classes like Indoor/Outdoor Team Building encourage group participation in an outdoor setting. The Customer Service modules address issues concerning Internal as well as External Customers.
